okzzz Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on or using the okzzz platform at okzzz.club, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and okzzz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. okzzz will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.

okzzz accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No international payment cards, bank transfers or cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at this time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. Deposits are credited to your okzzz wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Deposits must come from a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• okzzz does not charge any deposit fees. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals from okzzz are processed to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds return to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different mobile banking account are not permitted without prior verification.

Standard withdrawals are processed in under five minutes for amounts within normal limits. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Game results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by any player action, system setting or external factor. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers. The following actions are strictly prohibited on okzzz. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to launder money or use okzzz for any fraudulent financial activity.

okzzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any held funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

• You may close your own account at any time by contacting support.
• Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.
